Whether you have an ongoing leak, visible damage, you suspect an issue, Diamondback roofing starts every repair out with an inspection that’s supplemented with a comprehensive proposal. You will know exactly what is needed before we begin. And since we back it up in writing, you’ll clearly understand what we do, before we do it. Any unforeseen items (such as sheathing or framing with dry rot) that we couldn’t access during the inspection are priced out as line items so you know what to expect in the event that unforeseen repairs are required. 

During rain events, we offer emergency leak services. We’ll come out, inspect your roof, and trace the leak back to the origin. If the leak is more than something that can be fixed on the spot, we offer temporary repairs to give you peace of mind. We’ll send you an investigative leak inspection report with; pictures, finding, recommendations, repair proposals, and get you scheduled out.
